Lime hit & run – confidential settlement
Teenage boys hijacked a Lime Pod and crashed into Jonathan Gunning’s car at a stop light on Elliott Ave. After a protracted battle with Lime’s insurer, Catherine Fleming obtained a confidential settlement on behalf of Mr. Gunning for his car crash injuries, lost wages, and general damages.
